Update 15th July 2020
In line with Scottish Government guidelines, the shop is now open to visitors again. It will feel slightly different as we have to limit numbers entering the buildings at any one time and we have introduced cleaning and distancing measures to protect you and ourselves. However, our friendly welcome will be much the same! Hopefully we will soon be able to get back into production too! We look forward to welcoming new and regular visitors in the coming weeks and months, as our beautiful island slowly opens up again.
—————————————————————————————-
Due to the ongoing situation in the UK we decided on March 19th to close the mill, shop and cottage to all visitors. This was to protect our workforce and ourselves but also for the wider community just coming to terms with what is happening.
As many of you may know, the whole of Mull is currently taking action to keep our island safe, so that we can all welcome visitors back as soon as it is sensible to do so.
In the meantime, Monica and David have spent the winter weaving away in the mill and have a few new products to share in the coming days. We also have plenty of our native breed knitting yarn, for those who are spending time at home doing projects! If you need to send a gift to someone that you can`t visit just now we would be happy to enclose a gift message. Just let us know when you order from our online shop.
For those close at hand we are able to provide lamb, beef and venison from our freezers. It may also be possible very shortly to begin sending further afield again. Keep an eye on the website or get in touch.
Thanks everyone for staying home just now and we hope to welcome you all back to Mull before too long.
