Basalt and Granite Blanket

Woven on a pure Hebridean Dark warp, this lovely soft Basalt and Granite Blanket reflects the colours of the rocks we see everyday here on the Ross of Mull: the local pink granite and the dark basalt of Staffa.  Hence the two variations: Mull Granite and Dark Basalt.  With only four available in each colourway, this is a very limited edition, even for us!  Both variations have Shetland White and Burach in the weft, as well as some of our naturally dyed wool: madder pink for the Mull Granite and rhubarb and heather-dyed yellows for the Dark Basalt.

Brushed for a soft finish.  W 150cm x L180cm plus fringes
