Cross Fleck Shawl

A study on block weaves, this Cross Fleck Shawl features a solid Hebridean Dark background with soft colour cross flecks in pink, sky blue, peach and pastel green.  These coloured yarns are dyed with madder, woad, rhubarb root and woad over daffodil.  The shawl is woven in 3/1 twill in alternating blocks of 24 threads.

A stunning throw for your favourite chair or sofa; equally beautiful worn as a cosy shawl.

Flat finished.  Approx 150cm x 150cm with fringes all round
