Herringbone Hat Knit Kit

Needing something to keep her head warm in the winter while she worked, our weaver Ailidh designed this hat to accompany her herringbone fingerless gloves, the herringbone pattern inspired by our tweed.

Knitted in the round in a choice of our native breed DK yarn,  the hat has a herringbone design around the lower part of the hat. The pattern is suitable for a confident beginner who wants to advance to shaping and colour work.

The kit contains Ailidh’s pattern, our DK native breed yarn, knitting needles and a darning needle – everything you need to complete the project.
