A free taster session for would be weavers!
Have a go on small handheld looms, pin looms, flower looms, weaving sticks, peg loom, inkle looms (braid weaving) using a selection of assorted woollen yarn, the idea being you can weave a small item to take home. This session is drop-in so there is no need to book, just turn up anytime between 10am and 1pm. All ages and all abilities welcome!

Weave your own scarf!
A one day course where you will be taken through the weaving process, using Ardalanish yarn to make a scarf on a rigid heddle loom in tabby weave. You will learn the basic principles of weaving, have the opportunity to experiment with colour and design, learn how to dress the loom for direct warping and then weave yourself a scarf to take away.
